Wow, I am one pooped-out Mommy! I've been wanting to post for three days, but Avery has been feverish, rashy, and just a plain 'ol Grumpalumpicus. I'm thinking she might be cutting a 1st-year molar, poor thing, so sleep isn't coming easily for her...or me.... Anyway, enough of my boo-hooing - just wanted to explain my absence...and take a moment to reflect on the meaning of Labor Day:
According to the Department of Labor - Labor Day is "a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers." Thank you to all working Americans - especially those work-at-home Moms (really, any Moms) who don't get long weekends!
