Do any of you remember Baskin Robbins' Daiquiri Ice ice cream? I have vivid memories of Mom taking me to BR for a special cone - I'd usually get something like Bubble Gum, but she would always get Daiquiri Ice.
The flavor is a sherbet-like tart lime with a hint of rum (just flavoring, not the real deal - although hmmm...that's an idea!) - completely cool and refreshing!
Although the flavor was originally created in 1962, it was discontinued some years ago, and substituted with something they made with a margarita reference - soooo NOT the same!
