Our 2019 Year In Review
A lot happened this year at AGI, so I’m taking a look back at some favorite moments of 2019. Owning a small business is not for the faint of heart, and I have so much to be grateful for as I close out this year, and plan ahead for an exciting 2020! Thank you for continuing to share this journey with me!
JANUARY
The year kicked off with a vision for a warm and inviting rowhouse kitchen in DC. To date, I only have iPhone install day images, but hope to get profesh ones some day!
FEBRUARY
I was crazy-busy developing the Resources offered on the AGI website, and planning collaborations!
MARCH
Wrapped up the first quarter by hosting my first Instagram live Cocktails and Q&A, and celebrating our work featured in Classic Home magazine!
APRIL
I enjoyed a nice, creative break by taking a trip to Roundtop Antiques Week, and as always, found the goodies! Also got to see AGI quoted in a wallpaper feature in the Washington Post!
MAY
Getting to co-host a Summer Soiree with Anthropologie at the gorgeous Bethesda store was such a highlight, and we officially launched the AGI cabinet colorselects - a collaboration with Unique Kitchens & Baths!
JUNE
June was all about taking a bucket-list trip to Mallorca, Spain, and soaking up sun and refilling my creative juices!
JULY
Summertime was the perfect chance to see a year-long pool and outdoor addition project in Texas come to life!
AUGUST
The cabinet collaboration was gaining momentum when we unveiled the pretty AGI kitchen in the UKB showroom, and wrapped a large window treatment install in a gorgeous home!
SEPTEMBER
I was so proud of a long-awaited feature in the local Home & Design magazine, and so thrilled to launch the UKB x AGI sample kits for our cabinet collaboration!
OCTOBER
A mad dash to Market at High Point, NC was the highlight of the month. Even a quick trip was enough to my refuel my creative juices!
NOVEMBER
The crazy time of the year started by wrapping a gorgeous UKB x AGI kitchen!
DECEMBER
The year is ending on such a high note, with the surprise of getting my first magazine cover featuring our elegant farmhouse project!
