Founder & Creative Director

For more than a decade, founder and creative director Alison Giese has guided Alison Giese Interiors with an artful balance of intuition, craftsmanship, and refined taste.

Her life experiences, from studying in Europe to living abroad in Brazil, have profoundly influenced her layered, worldly aesthetic - one that feels collected, soulful, and deeply personal. Yet, her Texas roots keep her grounded in warmth and authenticity. As a wife and mother of three daughters, Alison understands the beautiful tension between luxury and livability. Her work is defined not just by elegance, but by how comfortably and joyfully her clients live within the spaces she creates.

Under her leadership, AGI has grown into an award-winning boutique firm known for delivering white-glove service and relaxed sophistication across luxury new construction, remodels, and full-furnishing projects nationwide.

Pierce Riddle

Associate Designer

Since joining Alison Giese Interiors in 2022, Pierce Riddle has become an integral part of the AGI team. As Associate Designer, he serves as the firm’s chief draftsperson, translating design concepts into precise technical drawings that bring each vision to life.

In true boutique fashion, Pierce wears many hats - supporting every stage of the design process with care and attention to detail. His strong communication skills and commitment to an elevated client experience make him a key contributor to the seamless, white-glove service that defines AGI.
